Study Description
Continuing our specialist input into whisky distillery projects, we were appointed as part of a multi-specialist team to support the planning application for a proposed full scale whisky distillery located within central Scotland. Our services include the scoping, negotiation of service and preparation of a Transport Statement to support the development planning application. Other services included development of a haul route plan, preparation of vehicle tracking analysis and preparation of a mitigation plan.
Our Approach
Continuing our expertise in this development area our previous experience and understanding of the transport requirements of these bespoke developments was essential in being able to support the development ambition. Following pre-application scoping conversation, we engaged with the council roads office officer to review and agree an appropriate / proportionate service support.
