Kevin has 18 years project experience, working as a business analyst in multi-disciplinary teams.  Using his Lean 6 Sigma training, he has delivered process improvements to benefit operational teams and has delivered system enhancements on both regulatory and business-initiated projects. 

Kevin is a key member of the team developing his skills and experience within our business.  He is currently providing support on a wide range of our Active Travel studies including the Tarbert to Kennacraig route and the detailed design of a route in Helensburgh, Cardross and Dumbarton.  On this project Kevin is currently working with landowners regarding the purchase of land via CPO powers and preparing PfE aligned technical reports to meet the funding requirements.

Kevin authors our professional reports and using his data analyst experience, leads the technical analysis of traffic data including the development and interpreting of survey specifications and survey outputs.  He is experienced in the application of GIS systems and supports the company through management and development of the company website and project sub-domains.

Kevin supports our delivery of a variety of projects such as cycleway design, junction design and master planning experience, AutoCAD, applying technical design standards and guidance for roads/cycle routes.  Kevin understands the practical application of paths design including future maintenance and the path funding process.  Kevin remains very enthusiastic to be involved in new challenges and opportunities working as part of wider delivery teams.
